The first look and motion poster of Tamil movie Kodi, which were released online on 28 September, have got superb response from the audience. Dhanush is thankful to his fans for their love.
Actor Dhanush released the motion poster and first look of Kodi on his Twitter handle on Wednesday evening and hoped that his fans would love it. Within hours after their release, the promos of the film went viral in social media with thousands of film-goers sharing them on their Twitter and Facebook pages.
The actor was bowled over by the wonderful response to the first look and motion poster of Kodi. This morning, he took to his Twitter handle to thank everyone. Dhanush tweeted: "Thank you all for the overwhelming response for #kodi first look and motion poster. Love you all. #massaudiosoon."
RS Durai Senthilkumar is directing Kodi, which is touted to be a political thriller. Vetrimaaran is producing the movie under his banner Grass Root Film Company, while P Madan is presenting it. Dhanush is playing a double role, while Trisha Krishnan and Anupama Parameswaran appear as his love interests. SA Chandrasekhar, Subbu Panchu, Kaali Venkat, Sathish and Vinu Mohan are in the supporting cast.
