Newsport revealed that Samuthirakani will assume a critical part in Superstar Rajinikanth's "Kaala" to be coordinated by Pa.Ranjith and delivered by Dhanush under his Wunderbar Films banner.The creators are yet to formally report the star thrown of the film even as the shooting has started in Mumbai from today (May 28, 2017). However Samuthirakani acting in the film has been affirmed. He has joined the primary day shoot of "Kaala" today in Mumbai. A photograph highlighting Samuthirkani with Ranjith is doing rounds in online networking since this morning.This is Kani's first film with the Superstar and additionally chief Ranjith.
Huma Quereshi is touted to play the female lead in "Kaala" which will have the music score of Santhosh Narayanan.
