Demands high salary

Keerthy Suresh, who has just had four of her films hitting the screens so far, is said to have hiked her fee per film to Rs.1 crore per film.Daughter of yesteryear’s heroine Menaka, Keerthy Suresh debuted as heroine in Kollywood last year opposite Vikram Prabhu in Idhu Enna Maayam. She had her super-hit Rajini Murugan releasing in theatres early this year followed by Thodari opposite Dhanush and Remo again opposite Sivakarthikeyan.Her success rate is 50% as two out of her four films have courted success in theatres. The girl has the uncanny knack of bagging films opposite top heroes. She is also Vijay’s heroine in his Pongal release Bhairava and is said to have been signed up to play Suriya’s heroine in his upcoming film after S3.
Realizing that her market is on the upswing, Keerthy is said to have hiked her fee to Re.1 crore. After all, isn’t she aware of the adage ‘make hay while the Sun shines’?
