Whatsapp will be sharing user data to the social media giant for advertising purpose. The data of the user mainly includes the users phone number to allow business to send messages. The changes of its Privacy policy is notified robots billion of users from August 25 . The ads will be targeted on Facebook platform that has 1.71 billion monthly users. Whatsapp will not put any of the banner ads or allow spam on its Whatsapp will be associated to Facebook to show ads. Those who are in Facebook and contact database will be shown with the targeted ads uploaded by the advertisers. The details will be useful to show how people interact with the specific ads but the advertisers will not be given with the specific information about the interaction of users and ads. The Whatsapp and Facebook account will remain separate the services will not be merged with any other chat based services under Facebook will gain access to Whatsapp users phone number and other information. It's said that they will not post or share the number including on Facebook and also to the advertisers.
