Sindhu won thrilling first game against marine 21--19.But lost second game 12--21.In third game
Also lost 15--21.
But It was an excellent performance by PV Sindhu but she fell short in front of the aggressive and dominating play by world no. 1 Carolina Marin. Nevertheless,PV Sindhu wins SILVER for India and is the first Indian Olympian Badminton player to do so.
