Windows 10 is a hit but many users disagree

Windows 10 is a hit with the customer said the software giant Microsoft. Microsoft announced the windows 10 is in use with 359 million devices with a full satisfaction of the customer than the previous version of the operating system with in less than a year of launch. But it's found that it's not that much difficult to find unsatisfied customers. It's stated that Microsoft's Windows 10 made her PC unusual said an user. Similarly a simple search in Google leads the numerous other disgruntled users. Some user lost crucial data and featured when they switch to new Windows version. They even paid hundreds of dollars to computer support companies to restore their computer to earlier version. Many users are frustrated by the tactics used by Microsoft to switch to their new version and they updated without their consent. It seems to be disgusting that the reputed company which treats the paying customer with such disrespect and not giving the way to say no in fact deceitful. But Microsoft said that it will soon upgrade process making it easier for Windows 7 & 8 users to opt out of Windows 10 permanently. Microsoft released Windows 10 last summer. The operating system is available for free upgrade for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users until July 29. It has heavily promoting it as a most secured version of Windows ever. It also aggressively attempted to get it installed on consumers machine making it difficult for them to decline the upgrade and even going so far as to upgrade their computers without their explicit permission.But many users have been reluctant to make the jump to Windows 10 or have seen things in it they didn't like it.Many Windows program haven't been updated to support Windows 10 and drives from many peripherals like printers are not yet available for the new operating system.It also ditched some features that some users relies on. Most notable one is Media centre. So Windows no longer has built in ability to play DVD or tune or record television programs. Microsoft is offering a separate app to play DVDs for free to some users who upgrade to Windows 10, but others have to pay $15 for it.Some people have faced even bigger problems after upgrading to Windows 10. A customer faced a problem as on updating to Windows 10 all their files has been deleted. Unfortunately the computer had ti set to back up the files and the tech support person at their company couldn't restore files even after downloading a recovery program.They doesn't provide the easy way to restore PCs which has been upgraded to previous version they have been running. All sorts of activities of Microsoft deadly upsets the Regular users.
