2 Million People using free WIFI in India's Railway Station

          About two million people logging on to free Wi-fi created by google and Railtel at major railway stations across India every month, CEO sundar pichai mentioned.
        They are working with Railtel and Indian railways to bring speed internet access to millions of Indians who travel through India's top railway station.
       The Internet giant had teamed up with Railtel, the telecom arm of Indian railways to provide free Wi-Fi at 23 stations across the country.
         These include Mumbai,Pune, Bhopal,vijayawada , Ranchi, Jaipur, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur, Ernakulam, vishakapatnam, chennai central. According to Government data had a total internet subscriber of 342.65 million as of march.
         A majority of people log on using thir cellular networks. Airtel has 90.53 million subscribers, while vodafone, Idea and Reliance had 67.55 million, 44.03 million and 39 million.
       By end of the year google aims to provide high speed Wi-Fi service at 100 stations across india under this project.
