New chemical sensing technique

SENIRA means surface enhanced near-infrared absorption spectroscopy has been demonstrated for high sensitivity chemical detection.
The University of Houston have a reported a new technique to determine the chemical composition of material using Near-infrared light.
To identify the chemical composition of organic, polymeric and some inorganic materials.NIR scanning is compatible with water ,but current techniques less sensitive than other wavelength.
