Facebook decides to give Mark Zuckerberg full control. It's approved that new shares (5.7 billion) of class C stock will have its CEO Mark in control as long as he is associated in. This decision was taken in the annual share holder's meeting held on Monday,which will keep Mark as voting control and his wife Priscilla chan to boost without diluting the voting control. It was once said by him to his members " I am planning on running the company for a very long time".Mark owns about 4 million of class A and approximately of about 419 million of class B shares in Facebook . Each share in Class B worths 10 votes which give Mark majority voting power and control over Facebook. Facebook currently has 1.6 billion active users.The couple pledged to donate 99% of their shares nearly $45 billion to advance human potential and equality in children.
