Court maintains conviction of man who stalked a young lady, driving her to suicide

Suicide in 2008
The court was maintaining the conviction of a man whose badgering and stalking of a young lady, constrained her to submit suicide in 2008.
The convict had moved the Supreme Court in claim against the Himachal Pradesh High Court's request sentencing him to seven years' detainment for abetment of suicide.
The Supreme Court maintained the High Court's judgment, saying his direct included mental badgering of his casualty."'
'Sexual orientation affectability'
"The privilege to live with pride according to Article 21 of the Constitution can't be abused by enjoying the unpleasant demonstration of eve-prodding.
