Usually people whisper when they want to say something secretly. Here is an app to convert whispered words into normal sounding speech. One hurdle was that the whispering cannot produce all tones achieved by the vocal cords.The missing ingredients means the no actual pitch. Any app that miscalculates the pitch can muddle the message.
