Actor Kamal Hasaan will be awarded with the Chevalier de L'Ordre Arts et lettres from theFrenvh government. The distinction which is yet another Laurel for Actor , is in recognition of his high level of artistic excellence and distinguished career achievements. Currently Kamal Hasaan is directing and acting in the movie Sabhash Naidu. The award is given to recognize artist and writers and also to the one who have contributed in arts in France and also throughout the world. They have three tanks Chevalier, officer, commander and two high offices. This award was already received by various versatile personalities such as Balamuralikrishna, Sivaji Ganesan, Amitabh Bachan, Aishwarya Rai, Nandita das and Sharukhan. The most amazing fact is that this year on March 30 the debut film of Kamal as a child artist in "Kalathoor Kannamma" had received Henri Langlois Award for his contribution to cinema in France.
